How 2 use tinc:

1. get and install tinc vpn https://www.tinc-vpn.org/
2. get http://vpn.rma569.com/initnode.zip and extract to desktop
3. with admin command prompt, initnode.cmd [nodename] run

Notes:
-Use runtincd.cmd to relaunch tinc
-install as a system service with initnode.cmd [node] install
^-- it doesn't work sometimes
